  • To display league event information.  For example, your name, tee time, handicap, and gross/net scores will be posted to the website. 
  • To communicate with you outside of the website. For example, your email or phone number may be used by the NIHGA Board or its members to send you important league information and updates pertaining to your entry into an event.


We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your Personal Information when you provide it to us. Our web hosting (Green Geeks) has 24/7 Network Security with around-the-clock pro-active network security monitoring with Advanced WAF powered by AI and DDoS protection.  We endeavor to incorporate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards and policies to protect your Personal Information. However, data transmission over the Internet, transmission over mobile or wireless networks, and electronic storage of information cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information. Any such transmission or storage is done at your own risk.


We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.  This does not include trusted entities such as Sign Up Genius and Fringe Golfers who assist us in providing service to you, so long as those parties agree to keep your information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce our site policies, or to protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
