No. Only your friend or the Team Captain who created the Sign Up can delete their name from the tee sheet.  If your friend is a member, they should first try deleting their own name following the 3-step process in the instructions in this video.  If your friend has difficulty, they can always ask the Team Captain to delete their name. If your friend is a guest, it is appropriate for you to ask the Team Captain to delete it for them.
