This happens if you are logged into your account. Instead of seeing open text boxes to sign up another person, you will see a line: “Sign up as: Your Name, Your Email” followed by a small green type that says “This isn’t me”.  Click on “This isn’t me” to display text boxes for your friend’s name and email.
